What we check
We inspect the roof covering for slipped, cracked or worn tiles and slates, the ridge and hips, valleys, flashings, chimneys, fascias, soffits and gutters, and look for moss and drainage issues. In the loft we check the felt, battens, rafters, insulation and ventilation, and signs of damp or condensation.
You get a plain-English summary with photos: what is fine, what needs attention soon and what is urgent. If repairs are needed, we quote a fixed price. If they are not, we say so.
